Got official word from Mr. Wiebe that the issue should be fixed now. Thanks for the prompt update, I can confirm that my Quest Board is now updated.
its usually 1 day and 23 hours 59 minutes when its just refreshed.. so yes every 2 days u can earn new stars and coins tru quests
but my Questtimer also did not refresh today..
Mine shows as refreshing every 48 hours, so every 2 days.
Have you guys tried exiting the game, then restarting. The game most likely just needs a restart to display the new quests.
yeah tried that first thing. Fully quit from the dashboard and restarted...no change.
Did the same thing happen last time? I'm wondering if that's an indication that the update is supposed to push out today and it's waiting for the new data from the update.
EA/PopCap, any chance we can get an update on when this will be sorted please? Your silence on this problem is rather worrying ☹️
This is a server-side problem, nothing to perform on our end. I've tweeted at them to try and spread the awareness a bit. Just hold out a bit longer!
