"Quest Data Refreshing" - no new quests appearing

As the title says, went onto the board and there are no new quests. The timer at the bottom disappeared and now only says "Quest Data Refreshing". Also, for some reason, the countdown for new quest...

This is aggravating. It's a Sunday nothing going on and this happens. Plus the fact I think this is the 10th epic quest for those who still need the trophy. So why no updated quest. I think they don't work weekends.

Yes, this is indeed annoying because it is the 10th epic quest for many of us.
