I completely agree with you here. I have had enough of the typical capitalist companies taking advantage of entertainment for mere profit without true consent to the actual customers. I have been through many gaming servers and EA sure does a great job at annoying me. Communication needs to be improved for such a big company. The least they could do is acknowledge all the problems and report back to the forums where actual people tries to solve other's issues instead of sitting back doing who knows what. And of course Sony and Microsoft want to charge for online capabilities of multiplayer, they are purely blinded by money.
I could say this is a typical western large company's "actions" to these kind of problems, I have seen many other companies solve similar problems within a hour or so from the first report...

Yup.
I haven't even bothered to call because they always just give me the run around. Tell me to delete all saved files and such, when clearly the issue is on their end. Seems like they lack the ability to take responsibility.
I would be a lot more patient if they were just honest.
Glad to know I am not the only one experiencing this issue though.
