Quests Vanished after game hung

Hello, this is the first time i've posted here so forgive me if I get things a little wrong.

I am posting a bug report, as advised by an advisor in chat.

As of today, 17th September 2017, the new quests appeared at 7pm UK time.

I place several into the active quests and went to play graveyard ops. 

The game was stuck with the sunflower icon for several minutes, so I assume it hung up.

I reset and reloaded and 3 of todays brand new quests had vanished, 2 plant quests & 1 zombie quest.

Unfortunately, I don't remember what all 3 were, I only remember that one was the citron shield quest.

All 3 quests were today's brand new quests so they weren't expired, & I never had the chance to complete them, the just disappeared.

Unfortunately, the advisor could not help& so gave me a direct link to post the bug report here.

I ran through the usual routine of reset, reload, log in, log out etc, etc before reporting it & the quests never returned.

My gamertag is Paul Roberts 27.

I was also appearing offline at the time, so not sure if this had anything to do with it & I have only had problems previously when appearing offline, but this may be a coincidence.

The last problem was quest stars not being added after completion but that was eventually fixed.

Both incidents have occurred after I tried completing tasks a few minutes after the reset, so this may also be a factor or just coincidence.

That's as much information as I can give you, so I hope it's enough for you to find and correct the issue.

I would like to have completed the quests, but it's not the end of the world, thank you.
