Ok it doesn’t seem like it’s possible to collect everything any other way than buying rainbow stars. Strong arming your players like this isn’t good. And the coins... still worthless. Why haven’t ...

It’s not about not collecting everything from Rux within a few weeks, nobody wants to do that, it’s about being taunted with rotating new customizations every day, three days, and every week. For F2P players, if you were to decide you’d like to purchase one 600 or 800 star set/costume or a 1000 star legendary costume, you’re back to square one and have to wait several more weeks to get anything major, as well as the many emotes and victory slabs/punchers up for sale that some people would like to purchase as well.
Nobody wants to burn Rux out of all his customizations, but people want to feel like they have a CHANCE of getting something they want at a reasonable rate, especially if they’re going to be pouring all new cosmetics into Rux from now on instead of Mr Reward-o-Tron. Perhaps there will be rainbow star rewards for Battle Arena Ranked, but right now you’re very limited in what you can purchase if you’re a F2P player.
This is coming from someone who has poured a pretty penny into both GW2 and BfN. Not all of the kids who play this game can purchase rainbow stars, and not all of the teens/adults want to spend their money on it. If they’re not going to improve the rate at which we gain rainbow stars, then they need to do something with the MILLIONS of unused coins that so many people have at this point.
@SockReverie This is still literally complaining about not having enough FREE premium currency. If you can’t get it then that’s just too bad. It’s not a big deal. If you don’t want to pour your money into the game or you can’t afford to then don’t look at rux.
They’re not forcing you to buy anything like you so clearly make it seem. You’re just over exaggerating. And about the coins, once Wizard is “actually” released, there most likely will be new things added to the rewardotron.
And being completely honest, I don’t think anyone has the right to complain about not having enough things to buy with coins. Many of the players abused exploits to gain millions of coins, I know I did and so so so many more people did as well. These exploits are very popular on YouTube as well, all of these exploits are well known. Getting off track, but point is with all of the exploits that have been or still are in game no one should be complaining about not having things to buy with coins. I have thousands and thousands and THOUSANDS of tacos/Marshmallows left over from the hunt exploits. I’m not saying everyone abused the exploits, but a very good chunk of players did. When you’re at the point where you’re wanting more stuff in rewardotrons and have millions of unused coins that just tells me you’ve abused the exploits. As much as I’ve done it and still am and I’m still getting new things and missing a bunch more.

- @Zedioo Bro, I’ve played this game since Founders and I love this game, and I’m sitting on a stack of coins that recently broke 3 million. I haven’t done any exploits because I’d rather actually play the game (210 hours logged!) or do something else instead of sitting down and tossing Queenigma into a lake for several hours. I’m not complaining about getting enough “free premium currency”, the issue lies in the fact that there is nothing left for the F2P players aside from the Prize Map, and devs are ignoring the fact that players need something to spend their coins/tacos/regional currencies on. Whether they add new cosmetics for Reward-O-Tron or add some sort of conversion rate, it doesn’t matter, but it’s a little unfair to pour everything into that “premium” area and leave nothing for the casual player. This game costs 40 dollars. 50 for the Deluxe Edition, and 60 in total for Seasonz Eatingz. It’s not free to play like Fortnite, which has a justifiable large premium content pool. They need to balance out the premium content with regular content because that’s what people already paid for. I’ve already spent 20 dollars on rainbow stars and I’ve only gotten two legendary costumes and one set, along with a few taunts and solo customizations here and there. It doesn’t even scratch the surface, let alone for the F2P player.

You paid for the game, you already got the game. As far as anyone can say you got what you paid for. You want more, expect to pay for it. You keep mentioning the F2P players, it’s not F2P you PAID to play the game. You’re not owed anything else. There’s no such thing as a F2P player when the game isn’t free.
Again, this is just complaining about not enough free premium currency. The main argument here was there aren’t enough free rainbow stars, that’s the point in this. You are very clearly complaining about there not being enough free premium currency. Regardless if you’re complaining because you yourself want more free premium currency or you want more free premium currency for your kids or you nephew or whoever, fact remains that you’ve already gotten what you paid for. You have no right to complain about wanting more. Hopefully you understand that.
Btw, the F2P argument is for games that have subscription services that lock a good amount of the game, like Wizard101. Fortnite is entirely free even if you don’t spend a dime on it. BFN is not a F2P game.

Thank you for saying that. I bought the early access, the. Playstation store was messed up and found out after the fact when I have rebought the game at full release to get the deluxe stuff. Then spent 67 bucks twice to get the most for my bucks and I do the rainbow star challenges every week. All prize maps everything and I still would need to purchase more. Meanwhile I have a ton of in game currency that’s sitting there and I’m spending an excessive amount on more rainbow stars. I love this game so much. And I loved the first 2 games. But I have given so much to this franchise at this point. Where’s the replay value here when the in game money is Worthless.
- @Zedioo You’re just being a troll. I’m trying to get this to PVZBFN staff in hopes they do something about it. I’ve spent a lot of REAL money in this game. And I like dressing up in the costumes. And you suggesting everyone who has extra coins and tacos are exploiting is wrong. I’ve put in hundreds of hours in this game.
