Forum Discussion
Celedorn is probably the most experienced player on the forums, just by reading what he writes shows he's not only a good player but he has probably tested it all and encountered a similar situation before posting.
You shouldn't be offended that he suggested that you might be trolling, that's different from calling you a troll. The OP is mostly just joking around and starting funny and interesting discussions about cards he thinks are overpowered and if you think about it logically you're only ever going to see plant cards because he seems to love zombies and isn't that biased?
Also you might want to edit your post, he wasn't even ranting. He is just participating in the discussion like everyone else...there is no need to flame.

Just read the first page when moss issue is being raised by Celedorn himself, yet one page later he miraculously forgets about it and honestly amused by the fact moss and mega-grow is mentioned when all we do is discussing the moss potential played by 3 classes: CC, GK, Chompzilla, when CC is the best at playing proper moss and Chompzilla is actually the worst in the current meta.

Seems like I didn't really look that much into it, just trying to neutralise the hostility.
He did say Solar was good for removal and healing combined though you seemed to pick up on just the removal part. I'll take myself out of this discussion for now, I tried repeater in Chompzilla and in the ten or so games I've played I only drew him once, I played it and buffed him and he killed a zombie...
I usually won or lost before that happened in every other game. Maybe you could have just pointed or quoted his contradictory or forgetful posts instead of calling him a goldfish which, in all honesty did make me laugh because it's something I would say but still...
Lets try and be respectful, there's not many people who use these forums and it's just a card debate.

Chompzilla is better at playing moss. Solar has good removal and good card draw, and Compzilla's specials are mostly removal or control which helps.
It's close though. CC is also VERY effective using moss.

Yeah. so please look into it and see we were speaking about moss decks all the time until he suddenly became surprised.
Solar offers good mid-late game survival when moss already wins, so it's useless. Chompzilla's superpower is awful compared to CC's which looks like created to play moss.

I did look into it hence my last reply?
Anyway, I don't have CC as I just got Chompzilla in my last stash of saved gems and well yeah it looks like them hero abilities would make that card really good however, this is the wrong thread 😉

Moss isn't about removal or control. It's about constant pressure and 1tk as soon as possible. Blazing bark is the best one can buff moss with and berry blasts are here to trigger this block or deal the final 3 damage or clear the board at the beginning. Chompzilla offers only taco actually which is good but not as good as kabloom variety.

As much as I used to love CC for repeat moss I think it's a cause damage play but I find Chompzilla a bit better due to Pepper MD and Taco and all the removal.
Repeat moss really it only good mid-game and onwards and you have to survive to get there. Taco and removals can help.
I actually don't used a buffed repeat moss as often as opposed to using him to just remove zombies while healing, buffing other plants or remove multiple zombies with Whack or water Balloons.

CC moss is 12 damage at turn 5, your task is to do 8 damage till turn 5 or prevent an opponent to rush over you. I can't say it's midgame.

You can't honestly expect to have the perfect scenario every single match though, right?

This is why best blockers for 1 like shroom for two and berry blasts to zombies make sure I survive till then.

Shroom for Two isn't a good card against Frenzy classes and cards.
There are counters to this, also Newspaper zombie likes these little baby shrooms.

I don't expect a deck running newspaper zombie to win against CC moss honestly.
And there are no frenzy zombies for 1 and 2 cc anyway.
