Rapid Fire - The Best Solution

Oh, rapid fire. You have caused so many issues. Now, Footsoldier had to be balanced around an upgrade. Balancing an entire character around a single upgrade is not good, because it pretty much forces people to use that upgrade if they want to continue using their favorite character.

The following solution could fix everything surrounding it. 

Remove and Replace- Remove rapid fire. Replace it with a “General Supremo” Legendary Upgrade. DO NOT LOCK THE LU BEHIND A FESTIVAL OR RUX. Let General Supremo be unlocked in place of Rapid Fire.

Fundamentally, these are different primaries, and they can be balanced without affecting eachother. Thus, not locking people into using rapid fire.

This is the best solution. Otherwise, the 5 people that continue to complain about rapid fire will cause soldier to be nerfed even harder, and strengthening the lock I mentioned earlier.
So what if Soldier gets 2 LUs? If the game has a long lifespan, it won’t matter. What matters is the balance it brings with it.

    @TJMotor I say for it to stay at a lower rof at the beginning (lower than his regular rof without rapid fire) then after after 15 shots then have it increased afterwards. And it should have a higher average dps per magazine than without it.

    That way the disadvantage of equipping it is having a slower rof at the start of firing (first 1/3 of the clip) but reward comes at the end of your magazine.

    @YaBoiMattyK No we really don't need that tbh. Just simply change the rapid fire slightly. Start the ROF increase as half of Z-1's weapon has been depleted, so youg get rewarded with an increased DPS when you are more accurate with your last few shots. It still makes it unique, but means you won't have that ROF increase for long.
