Re: %-bar is stuck at 94%

@Nightmare-Helios - Can you close the application down, turn the PS4 off and pull the cable out for 60 seconds. Then boot back up and see if it will finish installing.

Failing that you can try to reinstall the game. I'd recommend letting it completely finish before jumping into the game to play early - just to see if that then works for you once it's complete.
