what do you mean by "connected before"?
I still don't get that... it's an online game but it doesn't sync automatically when you launch it?
I can see the data is still in my phone though, a friend from Apple customer service told me to make a complete backup as it is now, then reinstall and upload the backup.
Under game settings there are icons to connect with Facebook and/or EA account.
If you are connected your account, then your progress remains the same after reinstalling the game.
Automatically game does't connect you, first time you have to do this action manually.
In next game launch it connects automatically.
Without these connections I'm afraid you will lose your progress after game reinstall.
