Zomboss definetly seems like a strict and harsh boss! He's not that bad, not until Battle for Neighborville anyway, when I'm not sure the last time I heard something good from him. "If you win, you win a single day of vacation time" or something like that was probably the nicest thing he stated. I do like his personality, being harsh but giving praise where it is due, but once Battle for Neighborville comes out, all of this basically drops off (like you have already stated as well - I agree)!
