I just ran into this same bug myself. I did not try in multiplayer but Chompzilla Hero Quest #9 did not unlock for me after healing to 20 health before lethal occurred. I was in campaign mode mission 3-1 & 3-2. The text on the quest also says "Win a game with 20 health" so I don't think not taking damage for the entire match is necessary. 

I had conducted same experiment as u mentioned, as the reward is 200sparks,which is a lot to me. Hope they really solve this as soon as possible^^

I won a multiplayer game and took NO DAMAGE at all. The quest still did not register as complete. Please fix!!! (It really should work whether you took damage and then healed or took no damage at all, but I have won both ways and the quest is still not granting me credit.)

Just today , 16:40 Moscow time I won the multi player network game by Chompzilla with no damage having 20 points of health , but mission 9 is still marked in my profile as not completed . To pass level 9 Chompzilla should have on moment of win 20 heals - that is my understanding , what is the issue probably the statement should be considered as = produce 20 heals for heroes and plants, what are the clear guidance to pass this level 9 of Chompzilla quest. I have a Russia version of a game on Android and the unambiguous translation of  Chompzilla quest level 9 completion criteria Выиграй игру с 20 ед. здоровья = Win the game with 20 points of health. Let me know how the completion criteria looks like originally in English version , this will help me better understand the task if there is no bug on level 9 , but I have a feeling it is . EA Help suggested that I mention my inability to conclude Chompzilla's 9th mission upon success in either multiplayer or mission mode.  I'll add my voice to the chorus on this thread instead of adding a new one.  Devs please note!
