but there is an voice icon on my profile but the icon don't turn to the beaming sound one even when i talk

Make sure that your microphone is set to default in your audio settings by going to the right corner of your Task Bar, right clicking the sound icon then click on Recording Devices. Select your microphone then press Set Default if it is not set.
Remember, the game has no in game mute function to your own mic. As long as your microphone is set to default, it will pick up the sound if your microphone is working properly and is connected.
