Referring to a weak set of requirements isn't such a good idea.  When the Radeon quoted has remained poorly distributed, and was released only recently to the public, it's a weak choice, as the 7730 certainly seems to me.  The originally included Radeon GPU was the HD 5750, which does seem to have similar performance, as did the HD 6750, both of which had been in far wider retail distribution (Newegg never sold any 7730s, and "Pricewatch" doesn't even include any price comparisons of 7730s yet).

Mentioning the lowest supported HD 77xx series Radeon card makes sense as non GCN cards (HD 76xx and below) no longer has driver support from AMD. They just have legacy drivers.

And while 7730 isn't sold many places due to heavy competition in that price range you can still buy it:

In any case, Intel graphics cards are not supported - that's all the OP needed to know 🙂
