@34975634954957 I had this on XBox One when I went straight to Rux on first entering the game but found a prompt & the gift were available after I walked away & went back a minute or two later

@34975634954957 Were you able to get the content? If you only play BfN right now, you may need to jump out and manually close down the game app, then log back in and try again.
