It does matter, actually... I am trying to get one of the official EA people to look at the video and figure out what to do with the issue. It happens far too often to be a rare thing. I posted the video that shows the error happening and then I never heard anything back.
Beyond that, I don't think that anyone other than an official EA representative should tell another person on the board what to do or not to do.

So, EA... PLEASE address this. They never replied to the other post about this issue and they (unless the guy who does not have an EA username) have not responded to this post. I want them to respond and I will keep posting if I have to do so.Sorry for commenting about that, but it is usually general forum eticate to not necro old threads. As this is a help forum; I dont understand why it would be needed for two of the same issue on the front page, one of which being from a week after the game has launched; while neither of which provide any additional information to help solve the issue.
You have said it happens "often", but what is the frequency that you're seeing?
From the other thread it was one in 30-50 games, is this the same ratio for you?
The reason the other thread was bumped was because the admins never responded to his concern. As far as providing information that would help solve the issue, I did as much as is possible... I posted a video that showed the game being played, then the character disappearing, then not being able to select a new character. What more would you expect someone to post? The hardware platform and OS are standardized and the game is running on EA's servers. There is nothing more that can really be said.
The frequency is probably in the range you mentioned... it happened in fewer games when I posted the video, but, on average, I would say that between 30 and 50 games is probably about right.Each developer wouldnt have an EA user name in this forum unless they specifically requested it get created. So the likelyhood of someone with an EA tag who is on the team is slim. However, EA Dev team members do read the forums, so in any event you should provide as much accurate information as possible
- I don't have any proof, but it has happened to me a few times. It doesn't last long, but it DOES happen when I am just revived by a team mate. It also makes the world kinda disappear, like I've fallen through the world - but then I appear again, after usually taking damage from Zombies. I remember before the Garden Variety pack, I had just my character disappear rather than the world, but that doesn't happen to me now.
What was said here is what happened to me - you attempt to shoot, use an ability, ect. - and nothing happens, you can't even see where you are.
