@MMDarlin11 that was a week 4 founders exclusive reward (if you don't know founders just look it up) only players (like myself a founder) at the time where able to claim it as a gift from rux and only in that week
in today's terms no one is able to get it now since it was a founder week exclusive

    If developers repeat the Prize Maps, I cannot see why they should not repeat the Founders’ rewards.

    @bcks007 I started playing on second week of Founders’, so I did not get the Snapdragon set either. I would get it if I had the chance to do so.
