Re: Crash after black screen PvZ

Hey @ricikuki73

Thanks for the DxDiag.

Can you please try these steps?

1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher and the Game Properties in your Library

2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

3. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator

4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

5. Close Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/

6. Create a new, temporary Windows User Account, and see if you're able to launch the game under that Account

Let us know if you still need help.

Thanks 🙂

Hi to all! Problem solved with the last update of Radeon Software (16 dec 2019, v.19.12.3)

It works with DirectX 12 on Win10 System, Radeon RX 580 Video Card,  AMD Fx - 8350 Eight core Processor.

I,ve made no other changes, no reinstalling of Origin, no nothing.

Sorry for my English (I.m not native speaker)
