It looks like your GPU is under the minimum requirements for this game, which might cause some issues.

The minimum requirement is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 640, or equivalent.

However, you can try some of these steps to see if it launches:

1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher and your Game Properties in your LIbrary

3. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator

4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
