If you can't do this much, we can't offer a definitive response to you:

Alternative to DXdiag method:
Download Speccy Portable
https://www.piriform.com/speccy/builds
Open Speccy64.exe -> CPU, RAM and Graphics + Driver version

I didn't know about pastebin...
Everytime I copied the DxDiag, it wouldn't let me post becasue of too many characters and it was all appearing as one continuous line of text. - Anonymous11 years ago
Garden Ops is hosted by players. It's very hit and miss. A lot of times you can't join them because the host probably doesn't have his ports forwarded or maybe a firewall or something.
If it says "Connection Lost" that means the host left.
If it lags really bad (stutters, rubberbanding) and your getting a solid FPS (left CTL+R), the host is either really far away or has terrible internet.
Does it do the same if you play Multiplayer -> Welcome Mat or Garden vs Graveyards?
You could also try hosting your own Garden Ops.
The game itself isn't crashing is it?
**just read freezing up and it sunk in**... mmmm
Does it give an error message?
Do you have any overlay programs running like Fraps or RiviaTuner (comes with Afterburner) something along those lines?
Overlay programs and Origin In Game do not play nice together.

Garden Ops is just coming up with "Unable to join match, check your connection". But it only seems to be happening after midnight for me... I can join during the day... But if that's hosted by players, I can understand that...
I haven't had it disconnect on me during other multiplayer matches... Vanquish and G&G seem fine... Odd bit of lag there sometimes, but not much.
But it will jut randomly freeze up and then crash.
I did see an error message tonight though, something to do with Direct X...
I do have up to date graphics card drivers and same deal with direct x too..
Nothing else running in the way of overlay programs while I play... I generally avoid it anyway... - Anonymous11 years ago
I watch my wife struggle with Graden Ops... she gets pretty upset when about 6 fail in a row. She won't host her own lol
Oh boy the DX removed error... I've thrown so many things against the wall for that... The only thing that has even mildly stuck is this:
--------------------
Open Notepad.
Copy and Paste this:
GameTime.MaxVariableFps 60
Save it as "user.cfg"
You cannot have user.cfg.txt
enable "View Extentions of Known File Types" from Folder Options in Control Panel
Put it in your PvZ directory
\\Origin Games\Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare----------------
Some threads about DX crashes:
(last posts a guy says Underclocking solves it... could be... on the flip side I push my 480's harder than they should be pushed and never had this error)
Lost the second thread I had in mind from today, must have a weird title... either way it's the same stuff

Sadly it is still crashing ☹️
It's an odd thing... I very rarely have games that crash... But the ones that do all have the EA logo attached to them... - Anonymous11 years ago
☹️
Did you try underclocking the 660ti a hair? No change? Does it appear any better or same.. I know hard because of placebo effect to accurately judge something like that...

You can try contacting EA
http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
Let them know as much info as possible.
If they have a fix, please please please let us know
*edit* (Assuming we still talking about DX REMOVED error)
- Anonymous11 years ago
Yeah, still talking about that.
It's getting a little annoying... I can usually play 1 1/2 games of multiplayer before it drops...
And it always seems to drop when I start going really well too ☹️
