It's a nice hat but as others have stated, it's not so good on some characters (looks awful on Sunflower for example), and it's a very tall hat which, when combined with the game's 3rd person perspective, means you may block your own LoS when shooting! I put it on one of my wizard builds as I don't really mind him being bald.
