@34975634954957 I am talking about the upcoming Zombie.
Take Battle Arena (for instance)... if you're making a RANKED mode where people can be a certain/given character ONE time per game, you can't have one team with more players than the other.... this is common sense.
Extrapolate this issue to make it more obvious; if the Zombies had 50 characters and Plants had 10, it would be very unfair. Having one more character to choose might not sound like much, if you don't play BA.... but.... one extra choice is HUGE when you're on rounds 5 - 7.- @spIash_damage Worst part is that there's apparently an ice plant in the game files, similar to how wizard was in them. Dunno why popcap would only release wiz and not the ice plant as well, only putting out one character's just gonna create balancing problems galore. If I was in the shoes of popcap I'd just finish making both characters and send em out at the same time, rather than doing one after the other.
Man, I am so excited for iceberg lettuce. Was a favorite of mine from pvz 2
- @Sammichu I think it's because they're still working on iceberg lettuce as wizard's animations/model is (for the most part) finished, but iceberg doesn't even have a model. Still I don't understand why they didn't work on them both independently.
Please, do NOT add any additional characters to BFN until the game's tedious nature - at every corner - is dealt with.
- @SonicMaster92 What about all the bugs though? They still need fixing.

@Conewhizz wrote:@spIash_damage Are you having the team swap issues only in Battle Arena? I don't mind'em at all in team vanquish or turf takeover (even though I dont play it anymore cause of the 8 v 8 change they did)
Only when I played it (been a month or so now). Before games, most people would switch to be on my team. Every single game.
@spIash_damageThey just wanna play with you, not against you!
In all seriousness though, it's a bizarre decision to release a zombie without a new plant at the same time.

This is the truth in most cases but I always tell people I got decent at shooters when I used to play by myself in a 2 v 1 (with two of my fellow clannies) in Capture The Flag. I think I only ever captured their flag ONE time but they both used KBM (keyboard/mouse) and I was at a supreme disadvantage.
Eventually, I became skilled enough to end these practices in a 0-0 gridlock but had I not got my butt WHOOPED playing others FAR SUPERIOR to myself, I would (no doubt) have a fraction of the experience/skill I have today.
I also went through a phase of playing a dueler (1v1) every single day for MONTHS. Let me be perfectly clear - I LOATHED dueling but my buddy was nice enough (and skilled as he came to PS3 from the legit competitive PC crowd) when he beat me, I didn’t mind and in fact came to expect him to slaughter me (15-1, 15-2 and that’s if I was lucky).
I know this post is tangential but the point is you can never truly become better or live to your potential, if you’re not exposed to elite competition/don’t truly push yourself.
I remember the ONE flag I scored against my buddies and the ONE time/game I beat that dueler (15-14) as some of my proudest moments gaming.
Sorry to ramble. The point is by playing against the right type of skilled competition, you can become better than playing on lopsided/winning teams every game and I’ve never understood why people don’t challenge themselves more.
My last year-18 months of GW2 was spent playing against impossible odds 90% of the time.
