Hey Im facing the same problem but on steam. I was told to reinstall the game by your colleague but it didnt work. I was also told to contact steam about that but its not possible since you (EA) own the game
I have the same issue on Xbox One. Its purchased, downloaded yet I don't get any of the items from Rux
