Drop rate for legendaries must have greatly increased as I spent 2.6 million on new packs and got both the new characters, both pieces of computer scientist,one piece of disco chomper and 3 legendary hats....

To say I was happy is an understatement....up to that point I had got 2 hats after spending 16 million....
