You can also try restoring the game licenses in your PS4 Settings:
Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your console for 30 seconds or so and turn it back on.

Hello, ive tried this but i cannot login. It says "unable to login" even though my ea and psn account have the same emails.

Community AdminHey, there were some server-side issues last night but they should be fixed now, are you able to log in and play today?
Still can't log in after 3-4 days of trying. Getting a message about getting disconnected after 2-3 minutes.
