I took a look at the file and this is what I can see based on the error report logs!
RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 (explorer.exe, PVZBattleforNeighborville.exe, League of Legends.exe, cs2.exe)
This error typically indicates potential memory leaks within the applications
- Update the application to the latest version.
- Check for Windows updates and apply any pending ones.
- Monitor the application’s memory usage using Task Manager or Resource Monitor to identify unusual behavior.
APPCRASH (taskmgr.exe)
- Run the System File Checker tool: sfc /scannow in an admin Command Prompt.
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
PCA2 (EALaunchHelper.exe)
- PCA2 relates to the Program Compatibility Assistant, which detects when software installations are problematic.
- Troubleshooting Steps:
- Make sure the software is compatible with your current version of Windows.
- Run the Programs Compatibility Troubleshooter on each application having an issue.
AppHangTransient (cs2.exe)
Troubleshooting Steps:
Check for any updates or patches for the application. Thread on this one.
Check system resources to determine if the system is running out of RAM or CPU capacity when the hang occurs.
These are the steps I would run through. I see that you did list a few in your thread and that is okay if you chose not to repeat those.
- Run the System File Checker tool
- Check for Windows
- Check for GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
- Windows troubleshooting tools
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
- Try the Game in different Compatibility settings
- Try Safe Mode with Networking
- Try a new Windows Account
- Change UAC Controls within Windows (change back once tested)
- Remove any over-clocking or undervolt settings or software and check if the issue continues
