I don't really understand what your asking.
Sticker Book should show you what you've unlocked.
Going to your Characters from main menu lets you load them out with the abilities/appearance you want for each specific character.
The extra-unlocked abilities do not have tutorials but the base 🏀 for each class do. The extra ones are just a variation of the base skill though so they pretty much will do the same type of thing. (i.e. Potato mine -> Smaller but more mines... ZPG --> Multi-smaller-ZPGs.... Warp --> enter a energy ball... etc)
