Hello, I am a big fan of the PVZ series, especially GW2. I have played this game for several years, with a total time of more than 700 hours, as shown in Figure 1.
In fact, GW2 is very popular in China. In the top 100 best-selling games on the Steam platform in July, GW2 ranked 18th and BFN ranked 22nd, as shown in Figures 2 and 3.
Unfortunately, the game's servers often crash. This summer, GW2 has attracted a large number of new players, but your servers simply cannot support so many people playing online. In addition, the game's plug-in problem has not been solved, and your updated anti-cheat system has almost no effect.
Finally, I sincerely hope that you can solve the GW2 server and plug-in problems. Now, you give players a very poor experience, but there are still so many people playing; therefore, if you can fix these problems, I think more people will join the game, making players play more happily and bringing more income and benefits to EA.
