I also had a problem with the frosty deluxe edition upgrade. I paid for it and only was able to load the game without a disc. All the bonus content (6 deluxe packs, 2 festivus packs, 200,000 coins) was not deposited in my game. Luckily, Microsoft refunded my money. Near as I can tell, I purchased a previous deluxe edition before with different stuff. Maybe you can only get one (although that one wasn't a digital copy of the game) deluxe edition (it does drop a 10mb file in your plants save section)
