mine meter was broke! LOL mine was just black and white. but I had yesterday morning and had the meter come up twice and found nothing. I played again after taking a break and I never saw the meter again even being in giddy park for a long time ☹️

Oh yeah the green column of light... oh well if the game actually ever appears for me again I shall look for that now that I know 🙂 couple of days since I had it appear at all but tbh I have stopped hanging around waiting for it to appear... a good 3 or 4 games of Ops will get you the same amount of bulbs... and much less boring than hanging in Giddy park for hours waiting on something which may or may not appear.
Private mode I do not get the meter. I don't even get the trolley shooting event or hidden treasure, etc. I have tried to refresh several times. It doesn't work for private mode for me. 😢
For goodness sake... what another disaster this has turned out to be ☹️ somehow worse when you think YAY!! and then it turns into a hot mess.
I've managed to verse the Boss in a public lobby by accident. I entered Giddy Park due to some spawn camping at the Plant base when the Boss spawned. As you can see in the video he spawned right after the trolley shoot event:

Wait.... you got the Gnome dude while it was telling you it the trolley ride shooting target the whole time????
Oh well that's not very helpful of it... how is anybody supposed to be able to complete this if the actual notifications are off as well as the meter etc etc., cant find the gnome even when the meter is fully green etc. Oh dear 🤔

@asabaidaIf you get a message about the Trolley Targets, I'd go down to Giddy Park anyway as Gnome Knight seems to always appear as the next event after a 5-10 minute gap. If you do the Trolley Targets, it'll move on quicker, rather than staying as an open event until the time for it expires.

I get the trolley target announcement a lot... now I'm wondering whether I have missed some Gnomes as I just ignore the target trolley thing tbh. Did get a chest though earlier when @Iron_Guard8 was in my Giddy Park but normally ignore them too as, like many others, the coins are just useless and I have more 25 million now 😮😃

I've seen this event 3 times now. Only got the meter on the first one. I actually like doing the trolley target shoot because each target is 80+ exp so you can pick up a bit while hitting the targets. Then I waited until the Gnome showed up. Of course no matter which side I was playing for he spawned on the other side so the AI could pick on me too lol
I have been having trouble with either events starting or getting notified for them. However, hopping back and forth between the base and park can trigger them sometimes if nothing seems to be happening after 5-10 mins.
I finally got the gnome today! Spent some time on private mode and then went to public. After being in public for about an hour I finally had the meter popped up changing colors and saw a pile of glitter and clovers and there was the gnome! Thank you! finally
I got it today in a public giddy park and after we killed the gnome my game crashed...... still got the bulbs though 😃
Edit: make that 2 times today, both times crashed, fun though, it's pretty hectic with plants and zombies trying to kill one target in the middle of the park
Success for me too today... I have had the gnome twice this morning and it all went to plan... notifications worked HURRAY!!
but still not seen the meter since the first time a number of days ago 🤔
