Re: Golden Gnome Glitch PS4

I am max rank on XB1 and collected all 54 gnomes a long time ago, without an issue. I have just started again on PS4 and spent some time collecting the 54 gnomes again, so that I could unlock some characters (since it's long past the deadline for import). After spending a while collecting them all, I got no achievement, so I took a trip down to the gnome room to investigate.

Although there has been the Great White North glitch, this is not the gnome I am 'missing'. Mine is Lunar Landing (according to the map that was shared on Reddit), and I have definitely collected all gnomes.

I have tried lots of different combinations of Solo and Private play trying to get the gnome to show up as though it hasn't already been collected, but it remains greyed out.

Summary:

Platform: PS4

Missing Gnome: Shelves to the immediate-right at the entrance to the gnome room - centre gnome on that shelf set.

Can I please have a response from EA, as, just like many others, I am unable to progress to collecting my reward, which also means I cannot collect the reward for the Snow Globes also.
