@LonelyBearOnDuty Gotcha, have you swapped over from Origin to the EA app? Have you done any troubleshooting on your end to see if the game syncs up correctly? There isn't a way to manually fix that on each character, so it sounds to more like a desync than anything else. Not much on those not unlocking although I am sure others ran into the same issue with it previously.

i play on Steam but yes i have EA app install on my pc

@LonelyBearOnDuty Gotcha. I am not seeing much on this one. Let's see if we can get the game to sync up and force that to unlock correctly

First, close down the game, Steam, and the EA App. Make sure they are not running in the background.

Delete Windows Temp Files

• First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
• Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
• Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
• Delete everything it allows you to delete
• Reboot the PC

Optional Registry clean-up

• install CCleaner (it's free) from here
• Run Registry cleaner
• Click review selected issues
• Do you want to back up? No
• Click Fix all selected issues

Steam - Verify in your library steps

Clear Steam Cache

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

I would do a reinstall just as an added step but you don't have to. Go ahead and launch the game and see if anything changes.
