The only way of getting those heroes so far has been getting extremely lucky when opening specific Beta-Carrotina or Huge-Gigantacus packs, which currently aren't available. It's likely that these packs will be available again in future, or (God, give us your blessing) we will at some point be able to purchase the heroes for 750 gems, like regular heroes when they have the 10x ticket boost.
