If the game should be released already in your region as per the info here and you still cannot access your game, there may be an issue with your payment.

I dont see my region in the timeline, does that i mean i can never play it?

Thanks for the heads up, I have updated the article to reflect that the game is now also available in other regions. So, as long as it is available for you for sale in your local Origin Store, you will be able to purchase and play it now!
