Can you try repairing the Easy Anti Cheat for the "Picnic" file?

Make sure you're closed out of Origin, including in Task manager.

Go to where you have Battle for Neighborville installed, open the EasyAntiCheat folder, and open the Setup file.

Select "Picnic" from the drop down menu, and click Repair.

Then close out, launch Origin as Administrator, and launch the game again.

Sorry for late response. Something changed, I still can't play but it says that there's a problem and it says that it was a not trustworthy file and that file is called: msvcp140. dll, so I moved that file to the bin (without deleting it) and now it says that file was actually necessary, so I moved that file back in its place but it registered as that file not being there. Now I just uninstalled the game and reinstall in hopes of getting this fixed

However, when you have time, you can contact Support and they can help get you situated on your Original PC Account.

Also, it sounds like some sort of App must be causing conflict with Origin on your main Account, you can check out this Article here:
