I have good and bad news. Bad news is that I nothing worked. The good news is that I can actually play because I created a extra account on my pc and it works on that account. I am pretty happy 🙂
Can you try repairing the Easy Anti Cheat for the "Picnic" file?
Make sure you're closed out of Origin, including in Task manager.
Go to where you have Battle for Neighborville installed, open the EasyAntiCheat folder, and open the Setup file.
Select "Picnic" from the drop down menu, and click Repair.
Then close out, launch Origin as Administrator, and launch the game again.

Glad to hear you're able to play!
However, when you have time, you can contact Support and they can help get you situated on your Original PC Account.
Also, it sounds like some sort of App must be causing conflict with Origin on your main Account, you can check out this Article here:
