Do you have a firewall on your computer thats maybe blocking access, or if you're behind an older router you may need to open up ports to get it connected. 

No mensage of Windows Firewall is displayed

also,i have windows 8,it mean that i not have windowsfirewall

Oh,the glitches is because of my driver,i will update the driver and see if fixed

Try right-clicking on the PVZ:GW title in Origin and see if there may be an update available ("Check for Update").

its in recent update,its a driver error(maybe),i will try at night
