@floydapparition yes i can play online now,thank you,can you help other players fix this issue as well?
@floydapparition I just found that sometimes the room would suddenly break while I was playing, and I think it has something to do with this issure

@floydapparition I just found out that room break doesn't seem to be related to players with Grand Master Rank fixed, but rather to other players with Grand Master Rank in the nine figures entering the room,they can not enter the room but still can cause it break

Hey Folks.
I am compiling all of the BFN issues since the Anticheat update went out. Please keep in mind that Community Managers are not a part of the game teams and there we personally cannot actually fix anything with the game.
We are working on updates for the community, but as of now, any issues with BFN specifically, will be listed on threads that deal only with that title after the update itself. This is going to take a bit of time.
When there is an update on these issues we will let you know.

- @EA_Shepard @EA_Shepard After the EAAC update, some players with tampered ranks can enter the game and the online MP mode. However, the presence of these players with tampered stats causes lobby instability featured by lagging and sometimes lobby crashing. In addition, players with 10-digit levels still cannot enter the game. Some players' accounts have been tampered with again and player levels were modified to 10 digits so that they lose game access again. I understand that you do not have control over the team's decisions that are vital to the game and fanbase, but the PC PVZ shooters have long failed to even meet the minimal needs of the players. In recent weeks, players in PC BFN frequently encountered cheaters. Cheaters can not only installkill other players, but they can also make every player spawn out-of-bounds, and players in the entire lobby cannot play at all. This also happened after the EAAC update. Most people do not even bother to report issues because they have lost faith in EA, it is probably time to change.
