Anyone got any ideas? Tried live help but they said they were going to check sons gamertag/account then never came back 😕

- This happened to me too, I simply turned my console off and on and they were back, hope I helped.
That happens to me almost on a daily basis, all it takes for me is hard resetting the game or restarting my console to bring them back. Though I ALWAYS back out and do this at the FIRST sign of trouble for fear of the game overwriting my save and such. With some games like Killer Instinct on Xbox One, if it shows your rank to have been reset and you play a match instead of restarting the game it will save over your data and you'll loose your stats for good, I'm afraid this might have been the case with you son. I don't think it had anything to do with the code you used, just bad timing and I'm not sure support will be able to fix it either. ☹️
