The Origin systrem gets in the way when you want to reinstall from hard media. It is simpler overall to accept a free digital download copy and install that. Some older games, Origin may be less obstructive, but not the recent ones.
I tried to redeem the code via my account. Unfortunately I have bigger problem that I can remember the user iD. I have the serial key but I am unable to download the digital code because it keeps saying it is already used.

It will be miracle if I could only reach anyone from Game Adviser. I have only the code but unable to recall the player name created unfortunately. Wish someone out there could just help me with this which otherwise my experience with EA games will not be pleasant.
