Re: Latest update for Xbox one full of bugs - garden warfare 2 player split screen unplayable

Out of curiousity, has anyone tried deleting and reinstalling the game? It was mentioned on the first page, but haven't seen anyone say they've tried it.

This sounds like a different issue, could you please make a new topic about it, so we may keep this current thread focused and give your issue the attention needed. You will also have to provide more information in that new thread, as to what console, any error messages, what does it do when you boot the game etc.

I own the disc version. After the update, the game will not load. Xbox one. It acts if the game doesnt exit.

Ive just bought the disc version. Split screen is just unplayable. The textures merge together characters fall through empty space over and over again. Is there a fix? I'm bitterly disappointed with this game.

Could someone please try deleting their game then reinstalling it? Please try this, even if you've just purchased the game. All progression is saved server side, so you will not lose anything.
I know it's a pain, but no one's posted that they've tried it and this would be a good information to have to rule out if it does/doesn't work to resolve this issue.

Tried it twice now. Doesn't work. I delete the game then reinstall only to have it update itself and have the same issues.

Until more people post what they're seeing/doing and similarities can be found between the game/console settings or anything that could even remotely effect this; I have no idea what more to even suggest.
Long-shot Idea:
What are your console region settings? Where in the world are you?

I am in th US, just got the game for my son for his birthday. Completely worthless. Large areas of ground render out to look like dirty green water, step in the green water fall through the map and get a nice play under everyone else. It is horrible. The zombies just stay I. Spawn space, sometimes they are invisible.

Two years since this was reported and still causing players problems. Having reinstalled the game it seams to be ok.
