Re: Lets fix Chomper

Undoing the goop nerf is pretty much mandatory at this point, for starters.
I am still trying to wrap my head around why it was done in the first place. Highly spammable isn't a bad thing when you consider:
- Chompers can STILL lose against a goop target especially scientist when trying to get behind.
- Chompers are vulnerable when digesting even with upgrades. It needs to be able to have a slim chance of beating the next target if burrow isn't available. Speaking of..
- This added delay puts the Chomper at a grave disadvantage because there are times when the goop and burrow are cooling down. Yes, those extra seconds make all the difference and unless you are using a spray chomper your goose is cooked and even then you have a slim chance without goop.
The Chompers goop has never been OP or an issue. It has to be so that when it finishes digesting, it can fight again if someone doesn't take it down. Try beating an IMP when your goop and burrow are recharging. I won't even use the sticky goop at this point. Its useless for spray chompers and the delay is so insane I can't use my burrow to close because I risk having both it and goop in cool down.
The most important reason for the goop's normal cool down is it was completely reliable on it to do its primary job. Most plants can fight without their skills, but the Chomper without its goop is not a Chomper. Countless vids from GW1 with commentary express how important the goop is to Chomper gameplay.
Please read this devs and consider in next patch putting it back the way it was.
