Sorry to hear that didn't do the trick.

If you've installed both the x64 and x86 versions of the latest Visual C++ and are still seeing the error it may be worth checking your system files.

You can use these steps to run the Microsoft System File Checker tool to have it scan your system for any other files that may be missing or corrupted.

What confuses me is that I can play more video games without encountering any errors. I only have problems with that particular game.
