It is possible that the audio asset files have become corrupt, can you check if right clicking the game in Origin and then Repair has an effect here, thanks.
@TheRadicalRatI fixed this by unistall the game , reinstall the game in english language, only english version install correctly voice character + i have found a solution to have my original game language + characters voice, I made a video for you https://youtu.be/fFchz0e140c
