@EA_Andy i already did that and i only got my stickers for my rank but my characters never imported.

@EA_Andy i re read your port about scrolling right and found the import. thank you for your help. finally it was resolved because i talked to so many of the support and no one was able to help me. Thank you again.

andy i just got the game and i can't transfer my characters and i checked the mail box but it not there

@Ghostelite510 @jazonvimpire @zearkazu0 - There was a cut off to be able to import and that date has now passed so it's no longer available.

As @realitysquared mentions in this post, it's still possible to get the characters.

I was unlucky enough to have every character unlocked in 1 and I bought pvz 2 around 2 days late.
