@XMSZX5 @Dejavu_Theory - Thanks for that, I will pass these details on. It's worth noting that it's possible that some devices will not work with the game as intended but there does seem to have been some devices which were blocked from downloading by mistake.

I have the same problem, I have Motorola Moto G2 with Android 6.0, I find it difficult to believe that this phone doesn't meet the requirements to run this game.

I have same issue in my Samsung SM-G531H with Lollipop 5.1.1

Hi folks, we just added a sticky regarding this issue. 

Here’s why the Google Play Store may tell you Plants Vs Zombies: Heroes (PvZ Heroes) is not compatible with your device.

Google Play is a smart marketplace. It will only let you download apps that your phone or tablet can handle. If do not have the option to download PvZ Heroes show up in your search results, it’s because your device is not able to run the game.

Plants vs. Zombies Heroes is a very young game and it’s not compatible with as many Android devices as we’d like. We’re working hard to make it available on as many devices as possible.

I'm having the same problem with my 4.0 Galaxy tablet.

My Kids are about to get a pretty new and high spec tablets running android 6 ( specs say 5 but latest update just released is v6). Quad core 32 gb of storage and 2 gb of ram should easily handle this game, I tried to add it to their tablets and its not compatible.

I see no reason why this can't run the game as I have an older lower spec phone which can run it!

Would you pretty please see if this can be added to the list of capable devices before Xmas my kids are obsessed with PVZ Garden warfare!

My device is Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Play store says that PvZ Heroes is not compatible with it. But I have tested version I downloaded from Apk Mirror, it works perfectly. Now game requires update from Play store and it is not possible because MY DEVICE IS NOT COMPATIBLE! Which one sucks? My device or "smart" Google Play?

Working hard? It's been a decent amount of time for you guys to make the game compatible with other devices. I'm still waiting for the compability and I have Android 6.0.1

This game PVZH is 'Best of App Store 2016' isn't it . But developers are not able to optimize the content for Androids higher then 4.0. That is a shame , stop cheating with the rating of that game or proof the it is really best and do allow to install it from Google Play Market as well.
