@EA_晨丽 I have appealed three times and am preparing to appeal for the fourth time. Why does the customer service always tell me to go to a certain entry to solve the problem? I cannot solve this kind of ban caused by hackers modifying the data. Only the people in EA customer service can solve it. Why do they always shirk their responsibilities?

@nico380 Unfortunately there is absolutely no one working on this game anymore and you'd be better off buying another copy of the game because it has been two months and they weren't able to fingure anything.
