My game account was hacked and maliciously ban

I last played on June 2, this time logged in on June 8, at this time my game can not be accessed, later learned that it was hacked maliciously attacked, my game id is:Nico_380

@EA_晨丽 I have appealed three times and am preparing to appeal for the fourth time. Why does the customer service always tell me to go to a certain entry to solve the problem? I cannot solve this kind of ban caused by hackers modifying the data. Only the people in EA customer service can solve it. Why do they always shirk their responsibilities?
