One thing that I have said before, it will come out after a week like what we just had...sales and promos, and obviously on the update.
So if we don't see it this update, then the next is when I first guessed, a week or two before Black Friday.
One thing that I don't think matters to them is releasing heroes and expansion together. Didn't happen with the newest two, the heroes didn't get released for a while after...again letting the initial rush happen and then offered the heroes for a week each and then have brought them back a couple times since
