Re: No ads on IOS

Not going to lie, but I have this issue appear up on the forums so often! Not being able to watch ads. 

I will try to help with this issue. I can watch ads still on my iOS device.

Can you two try and answer me this: does the ads bar never appear when it should, or does it appear, but you are unable to watch ads or click the button? Any other information you know is also appreciated. 🙂

@TheSprinter85 i'm having the same problem like @szsirius  . no ads button at all .

tried reinstalling the apps didn't work. disabling and enabling player marketing setting on the app also didn't work.

you have any suggestion?

@TheSprinter85 well your brothers is on android , and @szsirius and me are on ios . so its regular ios app store.

i also run latest ios .

do area matters? is it because i live in sea?

@TheSprinter85  when i installin for the first time , i'm pretty sure i use my real age (26) .

and when i reinstalled it today i'd still use my real age .

but the situations is really the same like @szsirius .

it used to have a button to watch an ads . 

and then after i update to the latest ios ,its just gone , never really came again . 

so i think its either because of ios update or area ads , 

do you have any suggestion?

Yes, I did post the right link, but I failed to realise that it was about an Android issue. I did some research into this and you could try these options, if none of these work, I could try and bring this issue into a Community Managers attention, if you would like! 🙂

Here are my ideas:

1. Contact EA Help and describe your issue with as much detail as you can. You can follow this link to do so: https://help.ea.com/au/plants-vs-zombies/plants-vs-zombies-heroes/.
2. You can try and “reset your advertising identifier” on your device. Use this link to find out how you can do so on iOS: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT205223.
3. Try troubleshooting your mobile device, EA made an article on troubleshooting mobile iOS devices, and I have attached the link here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/mobile/troubleshooting-steps-for-ios-apps/. It more talks about general troubleshooting, but it can help to get ads to appear, or you can narrow down what is not the issue.
4. If you normally use Wi-Fi, try using Mobile Data and switching off Wi-Fi temporarily. If you normally use Mobile Data, try using Wi-Fi and switching off Mobile Data temporarily.
5. Play the game for a while! After a few games, make sure to check that the ad button does not appear. I normally do not get my ad button appear straight away, and sometimes I play a game before it appears. It may be worth playing for a decent period of time, then checking. 

Apparently, according to the PvZ Wiki (picture attached in this post), sometimes ads do not ever appear (it is a glitch) but it seems unlikely in your case as you used to have ads appear.
