Re: No star after winning
Zdarcon; Nope, that not it. I keep track of my stars, I just won a game and no star! Sooooo mad! I complained about it before the end of last season because I was at rank 39 with 4 stars, I won a game and got nothing! I talked to someone on the phone who said the would change it in the system and I should wait 24 hours and I'd get my star, DIDN'T HAPPEN! I emailed them after waiting more than 24 hours, and got a response 48 hours later saying they can't award stars through their system?!?! Well, MAYBE YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR STAFF THAT!!
I'm beyond ticked since it just happened AGAIN and I'm at level 37 with 4 stars! They knew about the glitch long before the end of last season, and it still hasn't been fixed!!
im seriously making a list of all the reasons why I will not be spending money on this game. I only support games that have good customer support, and that actually fix their glitches!
Patdk75; I understand the it can be annoying to lose stars if your game disconnects, though I haven't had it happen as many times now since I got a new device. However, I think is only fair since lost of people get crappy deals or are losing a game and just leave making you sit there, honestly, it think that people who are made to sit there like that waiting for the game to time out should get something extra for that, (I bet that would encourage people not to do it, but to actually concede, like civilized people do) but there's not way to 'take advantage of it' since you can't play ranked games against friends, and it's something that should only be awarded when playing random or ranked games. And there's likely no way for the debs to know when it's a connection problem and when it's just a sore loser (double loser since they lost the game and are also losers for running away.)
